Stocking up on the #protein. I tend to cook my proteins in advance and cook veggies and whatnot the day of because...I don't like 3 day old asparagus. Blegh! But turkey burgers are one of the only things I really don't get tired of and they're so easy to prep in bulk!
For these I used 2 lbs of 93% lean ground turkey, 3/4 cup egg whites, some parsley, spicy brown mustard, and then a shitton of seasonings like onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, aaaand I think that's it? They're delicious and stay good for a while.

Also try adding pumpkin or Greek yogurt for more moist burgers.
