Mel was saved off the streets of Detroit by Andy who runs a rad bus service for folks all over the city. On the way back home one evening he saw a car swerve to miss a tiny brown ball so he stopped and found a hungry pup. These days Mel rides all over Detroit with Andy on his bus routes!
