Incredible chef Fabio Trabocchi of DC's Fiola and Casa Luca came by the F&W Test Kitchen to make crescia, a type of flatbread from the Marche in Italy. There was lard involved. And truffles. And caviar. Overheard: "Eat that. It's freaking #delicious."
