#Recipe of the week: mushrooms with rye bread stuffing. A fab lunchbox addition to take as a side tomorrow. Blitz rye bread in a food processor, then combine with Parmesan, tomato, parsley and seasoning. Spoon the stuffing into mushrooms, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 min at 200 degrees #LoveEveryMouthful
