When thinking about what pose to choose for the first day of the challenge my thoughts went directly to Warrior II. It's an obvious choice for me - I always feel peacefully powerful in this pose. I love keeping my gaze at the tips of my fingers, the limitless horizon stretched out in front of me, I am a warrior! So are you. What pose empowers you the most?
