During a @ロキシー signing at the US Open in Huntington, a female fan showed up and gifted me with this cd full of "60's Surfgirl songs" Brazilian, Bossa Nova style stuff. "For Stephanie, from Avra(Ava?)" the track we used was called Surf'n in Rio by Sylvia Telles and I just love it! The whole album makes you feel pretty damn happy. So thank you Avra where ever you are! Sylvia died in 1966. I wonder I she ever surfed? ? #lifesrandomencounters
