One week after undergoing successful knee replacement surgery, NBC News' Brian Williams is recovering well. He passed along this photo taken by his wife just five days after the surgery. He tells us he can't go anywhere without the cane -- but the Jersey Shore ocean air and his daily physical therapy sessions are working wonders.
