Using the New Gorgeous @Too Faced Pretty Rebel Palette✨ Get The Look✏
1.) prime eye with Too Faced Shadow Insurance & apply color #1 "GIRLY" to middle of lid
2.) apply color #2 "CHARMING" to outer crease & apply color #3 "INSTIGATOR" to inner lid
3.) blend out crease w/ color #4 "DAINTY" & highlight to brow bone as well
4.) blend above inner crease and towards upper middle brow area w/color #5 "RINGLEADER" for added pop
5.) add a black pencil to waterline & apply CHARMING to outer lower lash line; then apply color #6 "TOTALLY FETCH" to middle/ lower lash line
