Prepping my ingredients for my spring veggie pasta.. Seriously one of my favorite things to make. As I doing this I can't help but think about all the people that assume plus size or fat women eat unhealthy foods. Don't get me wrong, I love pizza & cake as much as the next person but my kitchen is not full of processed food. There is also nothing wrong if that's what your kitchen contains because not everyone can afford to eat healthy or wants to. We deserve to not be judged based on our size & heck, give us the benefit of the doubt for a change. Everyone is at different stages in their journeys of health & they should all be honored. #honormycurves
