Los Angeles’ #Outfest was a huge success, and I am tremendously honored that #BridegroomMovie was even one small part of it. The love and support from those who attended was felt throughout every screening, Q&A, and personal conversation, and I am so thankful to all who were there, in person or in spirit.
More humbling still, Bridegroom received the 2013 Outfest Audience Award for outstanding documentary feature, a feat that would not have been accomplished without support from people like you.
We continue to finalize a distribution plan, working hard to ensure more screenings happen at other film festivals and ultimately, we hope, in movie theatres around the country. Those in the U.S. and Canada should finally get a chance to watch Bridegroom within the next three to four months, and we hope it will reach international audiences by year’s end. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding.
Bridegroom is a film about two people who fell in love. But it is a film made possible by ALL of you, and we are anxious to share it. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. We are so proud of this film, and we hope you will be too.
