If i got you in a cooking mood last night ladies then try making this delicious desert tonight infused w #VivaDivaMoscato by my chef sister @heartbreakkid87_threadedcrowns "Dessert Broiled Peaches
1. Marinate Halved Peaches in @vivadivawines Peach Moscato ( 30-45min) 2. Drain Peaches (reserving wine and half a peach) Place peaches skin side down and dust tops with sugar. Broil til Peaches Caramelize.
2.5. Pour drained Moscato and Half peach(crushed) into sauce pan add 1/4 cup Honey ( I used Brazillian Pepper Tree Honey for an extra kick) and 1/2 cup sugar. Set on High for 2-3 minutes til it boils then Simmer till it reduces (about 20 min). Remove from heat and stir in 1/8 stick of butter. Let leave on the stove til ready to serve.
3. Serve with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream 1whole peach . Drizzle warm Peach Reduction over everything ....and EAT IT ALLLLLLLL!!!!!" #repost #tagafriend
