Meditation tip for a hectic day: Close your eyes. Bring your awareness to your breath. Keep it flowing through your nose and notice if you can, by simply focusing on the inhales and exhales, slow the breath down. When your breath is calm, start counting. Inhale to a count of one. Exhale slowly. Inhale to a count if two. Exhale slowly. Inhale to a count of three. Exhale slowly. Continue until you reach ten full cycles of breath, and then reverse counting your inhales from ten to one. Only count the inhalation - find silence in the exhale. If you lose count it means you lost a bit of presence, so start from zero. If you can successfully breathe 1-10 and 10-1 without losing your focus, you'll get a good five minute meditation and a moment of undisturbed peace... Wherever you are. If you lose count, don't get frustrated. Don't judge. Don't label.

Just breathe.
