On the right. I was the heaviest I ever was. I weighed almost 200lbs at 16!? I remember feeling tired all the time, heavy breathing w the most minimal effort & unable to wear anything w/o feeling uncomfortable ? It's taken many years to be where im at today, eating right, working out & living a healthy lifestyle. I promise u that u can too ??U have to invest time on urself to achieve what u want. Even though i was MIA from working out the last 4yrs, I'm back from my hiatus & let me tell u it's been an incredible experience ? In the last 4months I've build strength I never thought possible ?Ive learned a new type of self discipline & Im commitment to my well being.
