Meet Samantha and Little Hattie y'all! She's a dog. And my 13th of 50 pet rescue/adoption stories in 50 states!

Hattie was rescued from a puppy mill but these days has an incredible home and new life in Pittsburgh. The tattoos on her belly are markings so the Mill could know who was who instead of giving them names.
