Ok so I'm super excited about this recipe!?One of my bikini athletes Ms. Paulina @paulinac890 made these for me and a few other bikini athletes in #prep #teaminspireher the other night! They were so amazing! Even though I never bake I had to try it! Only thing different is I blended whole raw almonds and sprinkled them on top! So here's how she made it? In large bowl put 1 cup of oat flour (you can grind oats too, 1 cup of ground oats equals less than a regular cup of oats ), 1/2 cup of stevia, pinch of salt/// In another bowl wisk 7 large egg whites and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, 1/3 cup of natural unsweetened apple sauce (find a natural brand with minimal sugar, each cupcake has like less than. .05 grams of sugar/// Wisk the wet ingrediants until egg whites at fluffy then combine dry ingrediants. Mix together and add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder ??? Put in a cupcake or flat pan I baked @ 350 for 15 minutes.
