This post is from one of my clients Gisel @gisel_rivera today! I am so very #proud of her! ? All though its been all online training this girl is #determined and always giving it ?%!? I feel very blessed and grateful to be able to #mentor women not only in the competition world but also women looking to just get in better shape mentally and physically and gain the self belief that they deserve! I believe strongly that everyone has the ability to reach their full #potential but it does take #hardwork and nothing less!?? My Team "Inspireher" is a message to women all over the world. It's exactly what it states! I believe that being inspired is very powerful and with the right guidance and support anyone can do what they put their mind too! I don't know when it started as such a trend for other women to down other women? When you are truly a Strong Woman you will lift others up not bring them down!
