When I created my #effyourbeautystandards movement 5 months ago, I didnt imagine it would change not only my life, but reach so many women like @macndchspls & inspire them to change. It was created because I was tired of people forcing their ridiculous beauty standards & attacking me for having love for myself AND being fat (Oh…the horror). Over 25, 000 of you have shared your incredibly inspirational stories like this one, & I realize more & more that I’m not alone. Eating disorders are with you for life, whether its overeating or depriving your body. Its a real thing with sometimes deadly consequences & to be able to overcome that & rise above is nothing short of amazing. There is nothing wrong with our bodies, society is the one that’s effed up, but together we can change that. @effyourbeautystandards
