#HappyFriday!! Weekends here & that's where you tend to slip off to the "weekend" mode. Yes - Reward yourself to 'a' cheat meal. But when it comes to cheat meals; i know one thing I'm guilty of & its over eating. Ignoring when the tank is full. You go into your cheat meal thinking you have to make the most of it, because you’ll be going back on your “diet” afterward. But that’s not what a cheat meal is about. It’s about variety and letting loose a bit, not about pigging out. Remember, you've built a new healthy lifestyle, your not on a “diet." :) with that being said ENJOY your weekend! Remember Healthy habits make a healthy heart.
