...and I forgot to tell you guys how to sign up for the challenge!! Go to www.challengeloop.com/challenge/new-years-yoga to officially sign up (it's free and just connects you to the 4,000 challenge yogis that have been doing the different challenges since January). You can sign up whenever, no need to do the previous months if you're finding out about this now, just hop on board! Every day you post a comment on the challenge page describing your meditation and how you feel, and also post a picture here on Instagram! It could be a photo of yourself, of your meditation spot, of something that inspires you... Whatever you want that somehow connects you to silence, presence and meditation.
