here is the thing...yes, the Shauntourage is getting their flex on, but this does not mean in order for you to flex it out you have to look like us. Remember, all I want is for YOU to be the best YOU that YOU can be. Maybe you have a baby bump in that bicep for the first time ever. Or, maybe you lost an inch around your waist, or lost ten pounds, or are moving for the first time in a long time. Those are all reasons to celebrate FLEX FRIDAY. See for me, flex Friday isn't about who has the best body, its a feeling...a movement...a reflection of hard work and effort, heart and soul.
