This is Brian Sims. Met him in the barbershop just now. He's been homeless for 2 years.... He hasn't had a hot showered since God knows when... or had any other pair of shoes for 800 or more days besides these scotch taped up house shoes I met him in... I gave him $250 to get him a room for a week & to run to Rite Aid & get soap, a toothbrush, deodorant etc...... & also gave him a pair of Jordan's I had in my trunk. The only reason I'm sharing this with you is because the comment he made when he put on the J's. He said... & I quote "Game, I feel great.... My feet havent been this wa & closed in in three years". Took him to get a hotel room & gonna check back in with him inna week. I'll keep you guys posted. Some of just don't know how good we have it... Walk a day in his old shoes... If only in your mind.
