10 Days of Love - Day 8: My favorite inversion.

Day 8 of #10DaysOfLove is just what it sounds: time to get upside down. Post a picture of yourself in your favorite inversion! We're talking any kind - inversions are any pose where your heart is higher than your head. Forward folds are inversions, legs up the wall, even down dog. You can take a traditional approach here and go for headstand, handstand, forearm stand (pick you favorite variation!) or a more gentle pose. Get creative with your picture, have fun and don't forget to explain what it is you love about this pose! Happy yoga-ing?
My favorite inversion is... Handstand! No surprise there? Playing around on my hands on the beach is my favorite thing to do in the world. Freedom! The reason you see so many beachy handstand pics on here is because I'm actually on the beach, upside down, at some point every day. #love
