It's been months since I went for a decent ride. And it's been months since I used this beautiful platform to sing the praises of being happy in your own skin. My instinct as I was selecting this image was to apologize profusely for my frizz and my sweat and my crinkle-eyed, red-faced saltiness. But c'mon! These are signs of an active body, of a body that can move and regulate its own temperature and revel in aliveness. These are good things. These are AWESOME things.
