Post workout--consisted of a big ass veggie juice (asparagus, celery, tomato, cucumber, kale, broccoli, baby spinach, and a carrot) --solid food: chicken tenderloins seasoned with black pepper and cayenne with mini sweet peppers and organic brown rice. (I get them from Costco by the dozens. Microwaves in 90 sec. So easy.) And my calendar again hits it right on the money with my life. ? No chocolate, more chicken! ???it happens.
