My favorite AB workout!:) Because everyone always asks for tips I am going to start posting some of my favorite workouts! This AB workout is in steps 1,2,3. I am shown using a 4 pound ball I usually use the 10 pnd beginners should use the lightest weight ball you can. Find a decline bench. You can usually have someone throw the ball to you but I do it myself since I workout solo. I do 3 sets of 15 usually including 1 set without the weight ball to warm up! Beginners 2 x per week!
