Attention all:
You should probably get a #juicer.
After watching #hungryforchange on #netflix--I decided I needed one of these babies.

My biggest challenge in my diet is getting in vegetables because I don't particularly like most of them. It's awesome if you do--but I'm just not a salad gal.
So now, I just throw all the veggies I hate, but nonetheless should eat, into my handy dandy juicer, and drink them!

It's wonderful. Vegetables are so nutrient dense and incredibly good for your body, particularly on a limited competition prep kind of diet. I will definitely be using this baby frequently! (It is a pain to clean though. )
