Lunch: Had some hummus left over from yesterday so I made a gluten-free wrap with avocado, tomato, hummus and chickpeas (I sauté them fast on high heat with Bragg's liquid aminos and a dash of cayenne pepper) - took three minutes and was delicious (if you have the time, use dried, soaked legumes so you can stay away from the canned stuff... Way better for you)! A perfect mango and a cup of tea for dessert. Try to not drink during meals - let the body work on digesting the nutrients from the dense food your plate before you fill your belly with liquids and flush it all away. Wait 20-30 minutes, then enjoy your tea or whatever you're having. Same goes before a meal!? Are you guys liking these little health tips and food pics?
