Thank you everyone for your suggestions! I've decided to take him to our local animal shelter. I'll stay updated with how he's doing and if anyone decides to adopt him or if his owner finds him. If not, I'll bring him back home and hopefully I'll be able to find him a home. He's so sweet! He was sitting in the back of my car chewing my mittens! Lol ?
