Stole this one off of @herbiefletcher's Insta of me and Herbie with #JulianSchnabel and #EasyRider #DennisHopper. I used to play golf with Dennis and he'd bring his son to surf events in Hawaii and CA. He had a wealth of knowledge about lots of subjects I didn't know much about but he was always happy to bring me up to speed. He once did a V/O for a movie about @rcj6666. He always showed to the #Quiksilver #EddieAikau event at Waimea. There was something about surfing he connected with. I was lucky to call him a friend before he passed away. Miss that guy. The other two ain't bad either. #Legends
