New favorite #hiit exercise.
I did 10 minutes on the bike, 10 minutes of plyo, 15 minutes on the stairclimber and then was losing my mind from boredom so decided to finally try this strange contraption I always see lying around the gym.
It was awesome! Super challenging. Pushed/sprinted 90 lbs for about 15-20 yards, idk. And then pushed it back. Rested a minute, repeated like 10 times. Burned tons of calories and it wasn't boring!
