Emerald/Turquoise Eyeshadow?? step by step using the e.l.f. 100 piece eyeshadow set found at Target? 1.) prime eye w/ UD primer potion & apply NYX milk on lid & on waterline 2.) pat color #1 on lid & apply same color to waterline (NYX pencil will help adhere the turquoise color and also brighten it) 2.) apply color #2 (dark brown) in crease and blend out w/ color #3 (copper) 3.) apply color #4 (berry/pink) on upper/outer crease for warmth 4.) apply color #6 (black) to "V" & throughout crease to darken 5.) apply color #7 (champaign) on brow bone & color #5 (white) on inner eye for highlight 6.) smudge color #6 on lower lash line, then followed w/ color #2 underneath 7.) Salon Perfect Wispies & Loreal voluminous mascara & M•A•C spiked pencil on brows.
