I would love to say it happened while I was doing a triple flip 15 meters in the air (tho I’m very proud to announce that today I did jump 5 - which is a LOT for me cuz I’m a little bit traumatized from my younger/stupider years so I usually just like to listen to music and cruise down the coast) BUT… I’d gotten out of the water to put more sunscreen on and pound some water and as I was getting back in, I dropped the board on my foot. It doesn’t look as bad as it hurt (that’s why I was elevating it) but trust me when I say I almost cried. 😁 ALSO - the other embarrassing injury that happened to me on this beach 2 years ago was when I jumped too close to it and landed SUPERMAN POSITION on the SAND.
