There was a moment watching my first live music in 2 years. I had been feeling, sadness, shock, numbness, denial and some anger all rolled into one. While the band played I closed my eyes, threw my hands up, sang along at the top of my lungs and felt a wave of tears, sweat and heartbeats pound away as I let go of a lot of what I had been holding in my heart, mind and limbs.
