People that accept you, love you, and support you is all you need in your life. The amount of followers you have or the things you post shouldn’t determine what parties you get accepted and invited to. I know a lot of people that didn’t get accepted into Art Basel parties this year because they didn’t have enough followers or wasn’t good looking enough. That truly makes me sick that venues and companies are that shallow still and want to represent their business that way. Art Basel should be about the art, talent, and bringing people together in a positive way, not causing people to feel divided and more insecure over social media.
