Cocktail Fridays • Spruce up your whisky on the rocks with @The Macallan Finest Cut. Housed in a box crafted from discarded meadow cuttings this single-malt Scotch is made using a mixture of sherry-seasoned oak and bourbon casks.

You’ll need:
40ml @The Macallan The Harmony Collection Amber Meadow scotch whisky
30ml junmai sake
5ml coconut water
5ml gomme syrup
A twist of lemon for garnish

Method: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir over ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and add a twist of lemon for garnish.
