Wearing all the hats today (mum, coach and a bit of training myself) multitasking at its best!

Being a coach doesn’t mean we sit back and relax, we have an option to practice what we preach, I love this option.

I love my athletes. I love that they love training and working hard to reach their best.

My job is done if they can finish off with a bit of a dance! Or maybe they didn’t work hard enough. Jokes, not jokes 🤪😜
