A few of you have inquired about Tula so I figured I’d share again for those who aren’t familiar with her.
Tula/Tulee/Tulip was a stray that started coming around my old apartment in NY. In fact she came around and then she never left. Haha
She was adamant to be a part of our family. So when it came time for me to move we trapped her and long story short her wish came true.
She is approximately 14 yrs old. She is FIV+ and requires somewhat frequent vet visits as a result. It is important to note that cats that are FIV- can coexist with cats that are FIV+ but there are some precautions to take. To learn more about FIV is as simple as a quick internet search. I’ve consulted with our vet and can assure everyone that all animals in this household are safe and well cared for. (Disclaimer for the keyboard warriors)
She is rather small. Her weight ranges between 7-8lbs. She is SASSY! Tough! A warrior who fought for the life she now has, which includes naps on her own blankets, couch cuddles, all the treats her heart desires, sleeping on the heat vent, curling up on the beds, getting brushed, and being told she is loved several times a day, every day. She has an upcoming dental where she will most likely have all of her teeth removed due to stomatitis, which is common in cats who are FIV+.

But in his defense, before it was the family additions it was just me, Monk & Bean and he’s a real alpha mama’s boy. I can’t fault him for that. Nonetheless he’s a spicy savage. Don’t ever change Monk. 😝We love you, spice and all!
