We had lots of fun making (and drinking) this delicious autumnal cocktail using fresh blackberries, Cygnet 22, lemon, honey syrup, sparkling welsh wine and Creme de mur.

Recipe:
50ml Cygnet 22 Gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp honey syrup
1 tbsp Creme de Mure
A handful of blackberries/seasonal fruits
25ml sparkling wine or Champagne
