There’s less than 2 months left of this year, don’t waste it by doing things that won’t bring you joy. Some things that have helped me feel my happiest this year:
• moving my body in a way that feels good
• focusing less on other’s achievements and more on my own goals
• eating more colours and never restricting myself
• taking regular time outs from social activities to recharge
• journaling my thoughts as often as I can
