@NIKE is suing New Balance and Skechers for the unauthorized use of its patented Flyknit technology.
According to court documents, both New Balance and Skechers have had "at least" 21 current sneaker models that have infringed on the Swoosh's Flyknit trademark which was filed back in September 2012.
In both lawsuits, Nike is asking to be awarded for damages and to prohibit the sportswear labels from manufacturing these specific knit sneakers.
