This month, explore sustainable local delicacies from some of Japan’s richest ecosystems in our special collaboration with Tokushima Prefecture.
Five of our restaurants and outlets will be serving local dishes with ingredients sourced in the beautiful mountains, seas and farmlands of this stunning prefecture in eastern Shikoku, including wagyu beef, yuzu and hand-caught venison.
In an exclusive dinner on November 10 and 11, guests can also speak with local photographer Shunpei Osugi and hunter Satoshi Yagata to learn more about Tokushima’s natural environment.
