Key technical upgrades include the electric axle and four-wheel drive operable at low speeds, a “Push to Pass” feature rendering an extra 120 kW power boost, Pirelli-specific tires and a thorough recalibration of the suspension setup, electronic controllers and engine mappings.⁠

At the core of the 499P Modificata lies a hybrid powertrain, featuring a mid-rear mounted internal combustion V6 engine paired with an electric motor on the front axle capable of 858 HP.⁠
