Rain does not dampen the crowds at Shibuya crossing: A sea of umbrellas covers Tokyo's busiest and most famous intersection. Popularly know as the Shibuya Scramble, at peak times, over 3000 pedestrians cross from every direction in organized chaos. Last year’s Halloween saw 560,000 people pass through between October 28th and 30th, making it the world’s biggest Halloween celebration.
