Ingredients
* 1 apple, peeled and grated
* 1 small egg
* 3 tablespoons porridge oat

Method
1. In a bowl place all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
2. On a non sticky pan, heat a good quantity of coconut oil on low-medium heat.
3. Once warm, spoon in one tablespoon of the batter into the pan and using a spoon to spread out the mixture.
4. Fry fritter for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
5. Let them cool a little before serving.
6. Buon appetito!
