Ppl in Akita have water from the mountains, they farm their own herbs, vegetables, beans and rice… we (city ppls) are usually in the place where we buy all the stuff from some companies or someone that we don’t really know. I find it so much beauty in this sustainable life style. It’s one of the reason why I wanted to come here and see it from my own eyes and experience.
