"2 lbs Red Potatoes�2 tsp minced garlic⁠
3 tbsp ranch seasoning (@Flavorgod Seasonings)�1/4 cup butter softened�1/2 cup milk�1/2 tsp salt⁠
1 ounce cream cheese⁠
2 tbsp sour cream⁠
Fresh parsley optional⁠
⁠
* Clean the potatoes and quarter them leaving the skin on.⁠
* Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are fork tender.⁠
* Drain the potatoes and then return them back to the pot.⁠
* Then add in the garlic, ranch seasoning, butter, salt, ½ a cup of milk, sour cream and cream cheese. Use a potato masher until all ingredients are well incorporated and consistency is to your preference. Add some parsley/green onion in there too 😉⁠
* Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!!"⁠
