Join us tomorrow for #BTS of the world’s biggest dog parade (aka THE MET GALA OF DOG EVENTS) with the author of Adventure Dogs and judge of the parade, @fernwattauthor! The 33rd Annual Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade is this Saturday (TOMORROW) 10/21 👻

To walk in the parade in your costume, arrive no later than 12pm at 13th street and avenue B in the East Village! The parade starts at 1pm and consists of an actual parade down Avenue B and an exclusive competition in the park! Thanks @tspdogrun and @getjoyfood for saving the parade and making this possible!!

The Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade is not just about costumes and creativity; it’s about coming together as a community to celebrate the joy, positivity, spirit of the city and the unique bond between humans and their four-legged companions. We hope you can join us in sharing this heartwarming and fun event.

This event is open to all, and attendance is free
The first 600 paradegoers will receive wristbands, giving them access to march in the parade and access the park/contest stage and 7th street (first-come, first-serve basis)

During the parade, an esteemed panel of judges will be selecting 40 canines and their humans to advance to an exclusive costume competition on the park stage, ✨IMPORTANT NOTE: Costumes will be judged by creativity, comfort, and mobility for dogs. Event is rain or shine! See y’all tomorrow 🎃
