we have two chefs in our house & I’m not complaining. sharing Char & Michael’s recipe for the best Cheesy Stuffed Shells 🥰 (me and kinsleys job is beach btw)

Ingredients:
1 large box stuffed shells
2 cups ricotta
2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 egg yolks
Tomato sauce
Grated Parmesan 
Salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 375°. Boil water and cook shells just short of al Dente. While shells are cooking mix together ricotta, mozzarella, egg yolk, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Remove shells from water, reserving 1/4 cup of past water. Mix pasta water into cheese mixture. Ladle a base of tomato sauce on bottom of a deep oven safe dish. Spoon cheese into shells and line evenly across the dish. Ladle more tomato sauce on top and finish with more mozzarella and grated ParmesanCover dish with foil and cook for 20 minutes. Remove foil and cook for another 10 minutes. Enjoy! 🫶🏼
