Idealised homage to the floral environment of the Vallée de Joux, the 1931 Golden Flowers result from a long process of research and observation throughout the changing seasons. Starting with the hand-sculpture of certain elements and the drawing of fine details, Brendi Wedinger then used complex mathematical equations to create textures, playing with transparency and focusing on layering effects.
