「酒蔵設立5年で日本1位を受賞しました」

2023年6月14日、大嶺酒造の「大嶺2粒 火入れ 山田錦」が「SAKE COMPETITION 2023」の純米大吟醸部門にて第1位という大変栄誉ある賞を頂きました。2010年に地元の誇りや未来へつながる産業に成ればと大嶺酒造を復活させ、「古典レシピを尊敬しつつ、現代の技術をもって先人の為し得なかった日本酒を創造する」を蔵の方針に、長年の研究と努力の末に辿りついた最高賞の受賞は、酒造りを日々の楽しみとする私達にとって最高の喜びとなりました。今まで支えていただいた地域の皆さま、お客さま、酒販店の皆さま、諸先輩方にはこの場をお借りし感謝御礼申し上げます。最後になりましたが、今回の受賞が未来へつながる一歩と捉え、今後も大嶺酒造の創造する「日本酒」をお届け出来るよう、日々精進致します。

On June 14, 2023, Ohmine Shuzou’s “Ohmine 2grain Yamadanishiki ” received the first prize in the Junmai Daiginjo category, which is the most prestigious award, at SAKE COMPETITION 2023. In 2010, we revived Ohmine Shuzou in the hopes that it would become a source of pride for the local community and an industry that would lead to the future. Our brewery’s policy is “Try New Things, Find New Innovations.” Receiving this top award after years of research and hard work is the greatest joy for those of us who enjoy brewing sake every day. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone in the local community, our customers, sake retailers, family and friends for their support. Lastly, we consider our receiving this award as a step toward the future, and we will continue to develop the one with blessing of nature.
